Downloading
Each map has it’s own download folder containing the current & previous months map, together with the .torrent files you will need to download the winexe or gmapi version of the map. Also included is a .txt file containing the md5 sums for the maps, so that you can check the integrity of any downloads.
All dates {DATE} are in the format YYYYMMDD.

Verifying the integrity of your download
Using my linux computer the command: md5sum trike-2026-02-01.7z
produced the result: 60e12c4b599077a74d616a5938e9926d trike-2026-02-01.7z
If you have any doubt at all about the integrity of your download, please use this basic integrity check of the download, checking the result you get is identical to the result in the .txt file.
A similar method of producing the md5sum is available on Windows and Apple computers.
All maps also show the start position for Parkruns (where available).
Tested on:
- Garmin Edge 530 (no microSD card slot. The small file was copied to the internal memory - search on internet for ‘how’- at your own risk).
- Garmin Edge 810
- Garmin Edge Touring
- Garmin Edge 605 & 705
- Garmin Etrex 30
- Garmin Basecamp
- QMapShack
The maps are updated every month, depending on my availability.
_You will need a torrent sharing programme on your computer, such as Transmission or Deluge (there are many, just search on the internet if you haven’t come across them before). There is a guide to installing maps onto your Garmin device here.
